Exploring each sense individually widens exposure to mindfulness.  Learn creative and practical approaches to the 5 senses, including a mindful tasting experience and a virtual mystery bag of textures!  Notice how your hearing improves when your eyes are closed.  Stay silent to augment your visual awareness.  Enjoy a deep breath and learn the benefits of a few essential oils. These ideas are fun and helpful for adults and the littlest children too!
